Fantasy Run has three levels. Run safely to pass each level. If you pass all three levels, you will win the game.
To avoid hazard items, press Z to jump and X to slide on your keyboard. On a phone or a tablet, use the jump and slide buttons.

I'm sorry that you are having problems with the game.
I've just tried it on my computer and my phone and it works OK for me.
You first need to click/tap the 'play now' button. Then click/tap on the game.
